Is RetroAgent free?
Yes. Opening rooms, inviting your team and keeping retros under a team are all free. No credit card, no trial.
Do participants need an account?
No. Teammates open the room link and type their name. They can sign in with Google or GitHub at any time and keep everything they wrote.
How do I run a retrospective online?
Open a room, pick a format and share the link. Start with a warm-up question, let everyone add cards in private, reveal them together, talk through the biggest themes and write down action points. Most retros take 30 to 60 minutes.
Can feedback be anonymous?
Yes. Tick "Post anonymously" when you add a card and it shows no name. Every card stays hidden until someone reveals the board, so nobody is swayed by the first ideas.
Which retrospective format should we use?
Start Stop Continue suits a regular sprint. Try Mad Sad Glad after a tough sprint, Sailboat when you want to look ahead and Plus Delta when time is short. You can rename or add columns before and during the retro.
Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. Everyone sees every card, phase change and timer as it happens, in any modern browser on a laptop or a phone. Live presence shows who is in the room.

Can we keep a history of our retros?
Sign in and create a team. Every retro you open under the team is kept in its history, and the team page lists the action points from all of them. Rooms that belong to no team are deleted a year after they were created.

Our storage is in the EU. RetroAgent is made by BitsOnly AB in Sweden, shows no ads and uses a cookie only to keep you signed in.
